Long time no see

Soo yeah, it's been a while.

The last time I update this was in the summer right after I got back from San Francisco.. and basically nothing in my life has changed.  I got a job offer in Dallas, made a 3.5 GPA and I've been back in America longer than when I was abroad..

I don't know if I miss it, or if I miss the idea of it, but London is all I can think about lately and honestly, it's driving me insane.  I've officially made up my mind that I'm going to visit London in May, right after graduation, and hopefully have some job interviews lined up while I'm there.  I'm visiting Nicole who is studying in London with ISA also this coming semester so I thought it'd be a perfect opportunity to revisit home.

I was just perusing the Internet and came across a few quotes I really liked and I wanted to share them with you!

“A person should set his goals as early as he can and devote all his energy and talent to getting there. With enough effort, he may achieve it. Or he may find something that is even more rewarding. But in the end, no matter that the outcome, he will know he has been alive.” — Walt Disney

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” — Mark Twain

“A man practices the art of adventure when he breaks the chain of routine and renews his life through reading new books, traveling to new places, making new friends, taking up new hobbies and adopting new viewpoints.” — Wilfred Peterson

“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson

“The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.” — Eleanor Roosevelt

“Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.” — Anais Nin

“It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power.” — Alan Cohen Quotes

“The reason most people never reach their goals is that they don’t define them, or ever seriously consider them as believable or achievable. Winners can tell you where they are going, what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them.” — Denis Watley
